As humans, we can’t stand discomfort. We will try to avoid it at all costs. Fearful Perceptions about what is anticipated create stress, which creates discomfort. It is the stress of what we anticipate and resist that makes us uncomfortable. There is something about what you Desire that you also associate with the possibility of having to experience discomfort in order to get, or you are presently experiencing discomfort surrounding the situation now. Accept what is, for what it is, not for what you think it should be or anticipate. Focus on just experiencing the situation for what it is and you will dissolve the stress of discomfort and experience the Grace of Comfort.
