Celebrate the Sun with a little Yoga, Ceremony, Drumming, Chanting
wrapping into a Sacred Sound Bath of Crystal Singing Bowls, Drum & Gong
- Bring your mat, water, cozy blanket and get your yoga clothes on. Bring a shaker or favorite noisemaker (if you have one) and join us for a ceremonial experience of sound and movement.
- Be prepared to move, chant, sing and go on an inner journey immersed in sound. We’re going to do a little yoga, some Ceremony, Sing, Dance and conclude with a Sound Bath Journey.
- This Event will last 90min (give or take a few minutes depending on flow).
